Coverage checked while the patient is still there
Panel rules are the ordinary source of small losses in a clinic: an item that was never covered, a visit ceiling already reached, an annual limit that ran out in March. Klinira applies the panel's rules as the bill is built, so the counter sees the split before taking payment rather than discovering it when a claim comes back rejected.
The aging report
Every claim carries a state and an age. The report answers three questions in one screen: what has not been submitted, what was submitted and is still unpaid, and what was paid short of what was claimed. Short payments are the ones clinics almost never catch, because each one is small and nobody reconciles line by line.
Statement reconciliation
When the panel statement arrives, you match it against what you claimed. Klinira lists the differences: paid in full, paid short, rejected, missing entirely. That list is the conversation you have with the TPA, and it is much harder to have without it.
Common questions
Do you submit claims automatically?
No, and no clinic system in Malaysia does. TPAs do not expose APIs. We prepare the claim and tell you what is outstanding; your staff submit through the portal.
Can I load my own panel rates?
Yes. Each panel carries its own rates, exclusions, visit ceiling and annual limit, and the bill applies them automatically.
