Refund policy
Klinira offers a 14-day trial with no card required so that the decision is made before any money changes hands; after that, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the paid period.
Subscriptions
Cancel at any time. The subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and does not renew. We do not pro-rate part periods, which is why the trial exists and why it needs no card.
Perpetual licences
A perpetual licence is refundable within 30 days of purchase if the software has not been put into clinical use. After that it is not refundable, because you keep it permanently. The annual cloud and update fee is separate and can be stopped at any renewal without affecting the licence.
Purchases through the Microsoft Store
Where a purchase is made through the Microsoft Store, the Store's own refund process applies and is handled by Microsoft. We will help you with it, but we cannot process it on their behalf.
Your data, either way
Whatever happens to a payment, your data exports in full. Export is never gated by licence state and never withheld for non-payment.
