The remote summary, and its limits
An owner with three clinics wants today's numbers without driving between them. Klinira sends aggregate figures — counts and totals — to the cloud for that view. Patient names, diagnoses and clinical detail never leave the premises. This is a deliberate limit, not an oversight.
The audit trail is a report too
Every clinical and financial action is audited, including views. Who opened which record, when, and from which workstation. Most clinics never look at it — until the one day they need to, and then it is the only thing that matters.
