The remote summary, and its limits
An owner with three clinics wants today's numbers without driving between them, and that remote view is the release after this one. When it arrives, what travels is aggregate figures only — counts and totals. Patient names, diagnoses and clinical detail never leave the premises, and that is a limit written into the design rather than a gap to be closed later. In version 1 every report is read at the clinic itself.
The audit trail is a report too
Every clinical and financial action is audited, including views. Who opened which record, when, and from which workstation. Most clinics never look at it. Until the one day they need to, and then it is the only thing that matters.

Can I export reports to Excel?
Yes, and export is never gated by licence state, including after a subscription lapses.
