Clinic software for dental clinics
Klinira includes dental and periodontal charting that is append-only, so the state of a tooth at a visit two years ago stays visible instead of being overwritten by today's chart.
A chart with a history, not a drawing
Most dental charts are a picture of now. Change it and the previous state is gone. Klinira treats charting the way it treats clinical notes: each visit adds a layer, nothing is overwritten, and you can look at the mouth as it was on any past date. When a patient asks why a tooth was restored three years ago, the chart from three years ago is still there.
What this clinic type uses most
- Tooth chart and periodontal chart, both append-only
- Dental note templates
- Dental materials and medicines that decrement stock
- Treatment plans billed across several visits
- Full billing, panel handling and reporting
What Klinira does not do
Stated here rather than discovered after you have paid.
- The DICOM image viewer is planned for version 2. Version 1 stores images against the record but does not display DICOM studies.
- There is no AI X-ray reporting and none is planned. Software that makes a diagnostic claim about an image is a medical device under Act 737.
Watch it survive an outage
Leave your details and we will show you the clinic running with the network cable pulled out — registering patients, writing notes, printing labels.
