Clinics Klinira is not right for
Klinira is built for private clinics of one to eight workstations in Malaysia; it is not built for hospitals, laboratories, imaging centres, retail pharmacies, veterinary practices, or chains beyond about twenty branches.
Not a fit at all
- Hospitals and day surgery centres — different regulation, different scale
- Laboratories and imaging centres — the whole workflow is different
- Retail pharmacies — a pharmacy is not a clinic that dispenses
- Veterinary practices — the record model does not transfer
- Chains beyond roughly twenty branches needing ERP integration
Half the system would serve you
Physiotherapy, traditional medicine, optometry and chiropractic practices can use registration, appointments, queue, clinical notes, billing and panel handling, and will get nothing from the pharmacy and Prescription Book modules — which is a large part of what you would be paying for. We would rather you weigh that yourself than find out in month three.
If you need any of these, buy something else
- Opening the system from home or from a phone
- Mac or iPad
- Claims submitted automatically to TPAs — nobody offers this
- Video telehealth built into the system
- AI reporting on X-ray images
This page loses us some enquiries. It saves the ones it loses a wasted month, and it saves us a customer who would have left in three.
Watch it survive an outage
Leave your details and we will show you the clinic running with the network cable pulled out — registering patients, writing notes, printing labels.
