Hardware
Nothing to buy from us
We do not sell hardware. Most clinics use PCs they already have, and making a second one a backup destination leaves it holding a copy at most an hour old, so a dead machine costs you an hour rather than a day. A clinic with only one computer needs an external drive of about RM 150, or a folder in its own cloud storage, for those copies to go to.

Not ours to fix
We do not submit claims directly to TPAs.
No third-party administrator in Malaysia opens an API to outside software. We produce the claim file and the aging report; your staff still key it into the TPA portal.
Next release
Version 1 does not produce e-Invoices at all.
Not a batch file and not through the API. Service tax is worked out on every bill and shown the way the exemption requires, and the invoice itself is complete — but generating the MyInvois file is the version after this one. If e-Invoice is the reason you are buying, wait for that release or buy something else. We would rather say it here than have you find out at month end.
Next release
Backups go to your own drives. There is no Klinira Cloud copy in version 1.
A USB drive, a folder on your own network, or both, encrypted, on a schedule, with a restore you can prove works. Sending a copy to us as well is the version after this one. The half that protects your records is the half that is here.
A decision
Windows only, inside the clinic.
There is no Mac, iPad or browser version. That is the price of keeping the database on your own premises.
Not planned
No AI X-ray reporting.
Software that makes a diagnostic claim about an image is a medical device under the Medical Device Act 2012 (Act 737) and requires MDA registration. We are not building it until we can register it properly.
A decision
No video telehealth.
Clinics already use WhatsApp video, it is free, and the patient already has it. We ship a Remote Consultation note template instead.
