Klinira's AI note drafting turns the doctor's rough dictation or bullet points into a structured consultation note; it needs an internet connection, and when it is unavailable the button greys out silently and the doctor types the note exactly as before.

A typing aid, not a decision maker

The model reorganises what the doctor already said into the shape of a note. It does not suggest a diagnosis, it does not choose a medicine, and it does not interpret an image. Every draft is presented for the doctor to accept, edit or discard, and nothing is saved to the record until they do.

What leaves the clinic, and what does not

The clinic's own server removes identifying details before anything is sent. The model receives the clinical content without the patient's name, identity number or address, and the draft is reassembled inside the clinic. Nothing is retained by us after the draft comes back.

This is the only clinical-adjacent feature in Klinira that needs the internet, and it is deliberately the only one that can be switched off entirely without affecting a single workflow.

Turned off by default at clinic level

A clinic that does not want any patient content leaving the building switches the feature off once, and it is off for everyone. There is no per-doctor loophole and no quiet re-enabling on update.

Common questions

Does the AI diagnose?

No. Software that makes a diagnostic claim is a medical device under Act 737. Note drafting restructures the doctor's own words and nothing more.

What happens when the internet is down?

The button greys out. There is no warning, no block and nothing lost — the doctor types the note as they always have.
