Deleting your owner app account
How to stop the Klinira.my - Owner phone app reading your clinic's figures, and how to have the account and everything held for it deleted.
1. Sign this phone out — in the app
Open Settings in the app and tap Sign out. That phone's access ends at once and the figures kept on it are deleted. "Sign out every phone" does the same for every device signed in to the account — use it if a phone is lost.
2. Delete the owner account
The owner account is set up by the clinic, on the clinic's own computer, so it is deleted the same way. Either ask the clinic's administrator to switch the phone dashboard off in Klinira (Administration, Owner's phone), or email hello@klinira.my from the address you sign in with and ask for the account to be deleted. We confirm by reply and delete it within 21 days.
What is deleted, and what is kept
