Clinic software for a children's clinic
Klinira plots WHO growth charts automatically from the height and weight already entered, calculates weight-based doses, and prints bilingual parent advice — removing the three things paediatric clinics do by hand.
Three jobs done by hand in most clinics
Plotting a growth chart on paper, working out a dose from a child's weight, and explaining the same advice to a parent for the fourth time that morning. None of the three is difficult; all three are slow, and the first two are the ones where a tired afternoon produces an error.
What this clinic type uses most
- WHO growth charts built from the official LMS parameters, not a scanned chart image
- Weight-based dose calculation shown with its working
- Immunisation record with next-dose reminders
- Printed parent advice in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Paediatric consultation templates
Growth is computed from 16 WHO LMS parameter files rather than pre-computed z-score tables, which is why a percentile can be given for any age in days rather than only at the chart's printed intervals.
What Klinira does not do
Stated here rather than discovered after you have paid.
- The full national immunisation schedule arrives in v1.2. Version 1 records immunisations and reminds you of the next dose, but does not carry the complete schedule as a rule set.
Watch it survive an outage
Leave your details and we will show you the clinic running with the network cable pulled out — registering patients, writing notes, printing labels.
