Three jobs done by hand in most clinics
Plotting a growth chart on paper, working out a dose from a child's weight, and explaining the same advice to a parent for the fourth time that morning. None of the three is difficult; all three are slow, and the first two are the ones where a tired afternoon produces an error.

Growth is computed from 16 WHO LMS parameter files rather than pre-computed z-score tables, which is why a percentile can be given for any age in days rather than only at the chart's printed intervals.
What Klinira does not do
Stated here rather than discovered after you have paid.
- The growth chart is drawn on screen and kept in the child's record. A printed copy for the parent to take home is not there yet.
